DeAndre and Deborah at the front desk are very much good at their jobs .. I’m always greeted with Good mornings and/or evenings .. they both make sure any needs or wants are taken care of. Miss Nikita (manager I believe) is a gem as well and shoutout out to Mr Williams (maintenance) as well I needed a quick fix in my room and there was no hesitation on fixing it. I do appreciate all they have done to make my stays comfortable and fitting

Deborah she is one of a kind! she really takes the time out to become more than just a front desk clerk! she makes it feel like it’s home!

I have stayed at 5-star hotels all over the world - and I have to say that I have rarely experienced staff who were so gracious and accomodating - especially since the majority of the guests were anxious and upset that they had to check-in due to an ice storm which cut power to most of the city. They worked exceptionally hard to make sure everyone and their pets were well taken care of during this catastrophe!

location was great. the original location was completely book. Front desk lady was very nice and directed us to a nearby property

I like the fact we could check in at 3pm without waiting for the room to be clean.

The room was awesome! I loved that it had a little kitchenette with a full fridge. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel was also only about 10-15 minutes from downtown Memphis. It was the perfect place to stay on my road trip.
